From the womb, your environment shapes you, physically and mentally. Like a foot in a tight shoe, you are continuously adapting to a world that was not built for your potential. You try, and you partly manage, but it hurts. The logical move is to remove the shoe, not to chop off a toe. Yet we keep trying to change our essence—because we don’t know that we have a choice.
But we do. You do.
What you cannot do is change who you are. That feeling you can’t shake is your inner voice reminding you that the world cannot dictate the terms. Your core is freedom, and freedom is expansive; it cannot be trapped. Suffering is a symptom of blocked flow.
"Enlightenment" is not light coming in, but light pouring out. The tools to open the doors are within you. If you forgot where they are or how to use them, you are in the right place. It is time to reverse the flow and live from the inside out.

I’M ANA – A GUIDE IN SELF-DISCOVERY

My path has moved between contemplative traditions and lived spiritual practice across cultures. This includes the Eastern lineages of Tantra, Vedanta, Zen, Taoism, and Buddhism; the Abrahamic mysticism of Christianity, Islam, and Sufism; and the primordial wisdom of Kemetism, Hermetism, Hellenism, Paganism, Shamanism, and the Wise Craft.
Before a Kundalini awakening altered my trajectory, I worked as a lawyer and international policy shaper, engaged with industry, the OECD, and the UN. Following that turning point, I entered motherhood, trained as a Yoga teacher and Ayurveda practitioner in India, and became a Reiki master. This work now brings spiritual depth and strategic clarity into a single, integrated practice.
What you believe yourself to be is shaped by the gaze of others and the world around you. We become mirrors for one another, eventually mistaking the reflection for the essence. But deep down, we have always known what we are about.
Since our beginnings, we have reached for peace, strength, clarity, joy, fullness, and freedom. Across time and space, we have encoded practical truths into ritual and story. The Plane: This is the Source—the first level of individuation where universal consciousness becomes you, adopting a specific blueprint (logos) and purpose (dharma).

By clearing the cognitive, psychological, energetic, and physical static that obscures this core, we allow your original intelligence to drive your life again

Vijñānamaya Kośa (Wisdom Sheath)
The Plane: This is the Interface—the upstream channel to the knowledge you were born with, to the wisdom of the Source, the Self, the Akasha, the Void.
The Practice: Separate the “learned mind” (internalized concepts) from the “wise mind” (innate knowledge), and the “low mind” (thoughts and emotions) from the “high mind” (direct observation). Through the practice of Jnana—shifting the mind through direct realization—we reconnect you with intuition, natural discernment, and symbolic intelligence to navigate life from clarity rather than conditioning.

Manomaya Kośa (Mental Sheath)
The Plane: This is the Program—the generative loop where thoughts and emotions feed each other and build the scripts that run your life.
The Practice: Debug your system through a mix of absorption techniques—such as meditation, visualization, trance states, and sensory control—with approaches informed by trauma healing, archetypical patterning, neuroplasticity, subconscious reprogramming, dream work, inner-child work, and shadow work. By stabilizing the mind and regulating the nervous system, we de-escalate the inner struggle and restore choice in thought, feeling, and behavior.

Prāṇamaya Kośa (Energy Sheath)
The Plane: This is the Current—the kinetic power supply and subtle engine that stores and regulates the life force (prāṇa, qi, rlung, ka, pneuma, spiritus, wakan), bringing the system online.
The Practice: Activate and restore energy flow to move past exhaustion and move through the day with ease. We restore your energy flow through chakra healing, mantra and yantra practices, Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation, somatic awareness, and precise energetic activation—complemented by long-distance Reiki.

Annamaya Kośa (Food Sheath)
The Plane: This is the Framework—the densest expression of your consciousness and the physical anchor of all other layers, shaping your capacity for thought, feeling, and action.
The Practice: Strengthen your system through structural integrity and rhythmic alignment. Tailored nutritional guidance and sleep-healing techniques help you balance eating and sleeping patterns, while somatic introspection and individualized yoga practices (āsana, bandha, mudra) improve your condition and release pain. We support health with timeless natural remedies drawn from Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Traditional Ecological Knowledge, and Hermetic Herbalism.

The Plane: This is the Nexus—the feedback loop where your inner world takes shape through relationships, work, and creative expression, and where you gather the raw materials to fuel your system and the experiences to feed your mindset.
The Practice: Translate inner clarity into outer agency. Set healthy boundaries, leave oppressive relationships and situations, and create new bonds and opportunities. Through a mix of strategic, entrepreneurial, and communication skills—including branding, negotiation, incentive analysis, public speaking, visibility, and leadership—we ensure your external projection reflects your inner truth.

Sessions are requested via the contact form below (all fields required). You’ll get confirmation within two business days.
All sessions last 90 minutes, take place online via Zoom, and are strictly confidential. Paid sessions are paid in advance via PayPal.
There is always work between sessions — change happens there. For ongoing work, one brief contact between sessions is possible if something essential arises.

The work is multi-layered, integrating insights and practices from diverse traditions into a coherent system.
While individual sessions honor your unique rhythm and goals, work with pairs follows a collaborative flow. We begin together, meet individually, and then reconnect for joint sessions. What we discuss one-on-one remains confidential and is only brought into joint sessions with clear consent.

Core cycle (2 sessions per month with a 3-month commitment): 210 € / month
Deep cycle (4 sessions per month with a 3-month commitment): 360 € / month

The session is calibrated to your core topic to offer meaningful feedback and orientation. Your intake is essential here — please complete the form with care.
After 30 minutes, we pause. You may conclude the session or continue into a full 90-minute session, with the first 30 minutes deducted. There is no pressure either way.

Free sessions can be rescheduled once, up to 48 hours in advance. Paid sessions can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the session are charged at 50%. For ongoing work, one cancellation up to 24 hours before the session is permitted per three-month cycle without charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full, unless there is a genuine emergency. In such cases, please inform me as soon as possible and provide appropriate confirmation. No-shows are always charged in full.
